My surgical day at St. Charles

So, Friday I got the opportunity to see several surgeries. I saw a knee scope, a total knee replacement, a carpal tunnel repair, a shoulder manipulation, a bronchoscopy, and a larnyoscopy.

It was not real bloody and I didnt feel like passing out at all...which was good. I was loving every minute of it. I am not sure I could be a circulating nurse (one that oversees everyone in the operating room) or a scrub nurse (one that hands the instruments to the surgeon)but I was interested in the RN first assistant (who helps the surgeon with the patient). Overall it was a neat experience!

This is what I looked like that day:

The RN First Assistant I think is right up your alley. Would be a great choice.
